Each engagement lists the period its figures cover. Historical results are dated and are not presented as current performance.
Home Improvement
A technically compromised website was limiting indexation, local visibility and reliable lead capture for a pool and landscaping company.
MYM coordinated website recovery, technical and on-page SEO, local search, tracking and attribution, lead capture and recovery, and vendor work across the customer journey.
Reporting period: Client-reported YTD revenue as of July 22, 2026; September 24 operational source; lead touches cover January–August
Source: Paul's July 22, 2026 client email for reported revenue; owner-approved September 24 Island Pools source for website, search and lead activity.
Approximately $531K YTD closed revenue from four projects was reported by the client in Paul's July 22, 2026 email. It is not attributed to ads, a platform, or a particular channel. Website, search and lead-activity figures are separate operational measures; no ROI is claimed.
Home Improvement
A home-improvement account with real local demand needed measurable search visibility, a healthy site and reliable lead capture.
CallRail reporting connected sold/work value to the calls the team valued, alongside ongoing search and technical work.
Reporting period: First half of September; supporting search context from May-August
Source: CallRail reporting workflow plus MYM July and August progress reports.
Only 4 of 40 calls had a dollar value entered. Those 4 valued calls represented just over $61,000 in recorded sold/work value; the other 36 calls were not valued, so the full revenue picture is incomplete. The source does not establish that MYM solely caused that value.
Publishing & Media
A local publisher needed durable search performance and a site healthy enough to be found by both search engines and AI answer engines.
Renewal activity and advertiser leads were reported alongside search visibility and technical remediation.
Reporting period: March 22–September 16, 2026 engagement window (about 6 months)
Source: MYM September 16, 2026 renewal proof and monthly reporting.
Packages closed and advertiser leads are the primary business outcomes. Search movement and technical fixes are supporting context.
Publishing & Media
An established publication needed its editorial archive protected in search while long-standing technical debt was cleared.
Publication SEO protection, technical remediation and referral/local visibility work, reported monthly.
Reporting period: September 2026 technical and search-recovery reporting
Source: MYM September 2026 technical and search reporting.
Framed as publication SEO protection and technical improvement, not as lead generation.
Legal
A personal injury practice running paid search and local search together needed month-over-month proof that marketing was producing measurable client conversions, not just traffic.
Paid search and landing pages, local SEO, call and form tracking through WhatConverts, and monthly KPI reporting against organic performance, goal completions and converted clients.
Reporting period: October 2022 one-month snapshot, compared with September 2022
Source: MYM October 2022 KPI report and the Google Ads report for the same period.
These are historical figures from a dated 2022 report and are not presented as current performance. No legal outcome or case-value promise is made or implied.
Healthcare
An elective-surgery practice ran a multi-site web environment with no consistent measurement of the calls, forms and paid campaigns each property was producing.
Web and SEO work across a 6+ site environment, paid search, conversion tracking through Tag Manager and CallRail, landing pages, review management, email/CRM planning and monthly reporting.
Reporting period: Historical 2019 engagement
Source: MYM August and October 2019 reporting plus client/team feedback; historical engagement.
Client/team feedback in October 2019 reported Dr. Malan booked out for surgery through the end of December and described lead quality and the day positively. This is a historical operational outcome, not a current-performance or clinical-outcome claim. The report's $88,600 CallRail value remained unconfirmed and is excluded.
Legal
The record documents Scott's embedded work inside a national legal-marketing platform serving 17,000+ attorneys, followed by legal-industry continuity spanning more than 15 years.
As a Digital Media Producer and embedded contractor, Scott delivered conversion landing pages, teleseminar registration systems, SEO-driven law-firm blog and content management, and work across the Rainmaker Retreat family of sites.
Reporting period: 40+ invoices across an unbroken full year in 2009–2010, with later continuity evidence
Source: Invoices on file document the 2009–2010 role, six law-firm client/sub-accounts and delivery scope. Later evidence includes Arnold Blea's on-camera testimonial tied to the Fresno practice, plus separately documented long-running legal relationships.
Authority and experience proof only. This is not presented as MYM revenue, ROI, signed-case or client-acquisition performance. Ralph Parker's 5-year and Thomas Wade's 10+ year client relationships are separate current-era MYM legal proof; neither is represented as a Rainmaker Institute sub-account.
