Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy explains what information Minding Your Media LLC collects through this website, inquiries and business relationships, how we use and share it, and the choices available to you.
Who we are and what this covers
Minding Your Media LLC ("MYM", "we") is responsible for the information described here. You can reach us through the contact page, by calling 480-442-9499, or by writing to Minding Your Media LLC, 151 W. Superstition Blvd #6911, Apache Junction, AZ 85120.
This policy covers our website, inquiries and our own business records. When we process our clients' customer data to deliver services, we act on the client's instructions; the client's privacy notice and any data processing agreement between us control that processing.
Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, role, email, phone number and message; referral details you submit about another person, including the permission you confirm; service and package-fit answers; and your contact preferences and consent choices.
Business relationship records: agreements, invoices and billing records; account authorizations and client assets shared with us through approved secure channels; and communications. Calls may be recorded only where notice is given and lawful consent applies. Payment transactions are handled through payment providers; MYM retains relevant invoice, transaction and billing records. Do not send full card details or passwords through public forms.
Collected automatically: device and browser details, IP address and approximate location derived from it, request logs and security events, the page URL and referrer, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) and advertising click identifiers.
We do not intend to collect protected health information, payment card numbers or passwords through public forms. Please do not submit them. Not all data we collect is anonymous.
Where information comes from
We receive information from you through forms and direct correspondence, from people who refer you with your permission, from our clients, from service providers and from your browser. Platform logos shown on this website describe tools we work with; they do not mean that each tool is installed on this site or tracking you.
How we use information
We use information to reply to your request, review fit and prepare a quote, deliver and manage projects, keep customer and relationship history, protect the site and our systems, measure and improve our marketing, meet legal and tax obligations, and handle disputes.
Agreeing that we may contact you about your request is different from agreeing to bulk marketing or marketing text messages, which require any separate consent the law requires. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails, and reply STOP to text messages where that applies. You never need to buy anything to exercise privacy rights.
How form submissions are handled
Accepted website submissions are first stored in MYM's access-controlled records. Our configured Growth Audit handoff then sends the inquiry to HubSpot for CRM records and submission notifications. Other inquiry routes may be reviewed in our internal records or sent through an enabled CRM handoff. Provider delivery and contact-note processing are separate technical steps; this notice describes how data is used, not a guarantee of notification delivery.
Forms are screened for spam with Google reCAPTCHA v3, which processes device and interaction data under Google's terms. We use Google Workspace for business communications.
If you submit again after an earlier enquiry, the new answers may be stored as an internal follow-up record for our team. Access to lead records is restricted to authorized staff.
Referral details you submit about another business or person are used to make the introduction you requested. We do not add referred people to bulk marketing lists, and we contact them only in the way the referral describes and the law allows.
Analytics, measurement and session tools
This website uses Google Tag Manager, which can load measurement tools such as Google Analytics when they are configured. Which tools are active can change, and this policy will be updated when that use changes materially.
Microsoft Clarity has been used on this site through Tag Manager. Where active, Clarity records session replays, heatmaps, clicks, scrolling, device information and page URLs, and uses cookies. Microsoft may process this data for its own product improvement and advertising purposes under its privacy statement. Form fields are masked by configuration, but masking is not a guarantee of absolute privacy.
When you click to load an embedded YouTube video, the player is loaded from YouTube, which receives your IP address, device information and the page you are on. Privacy-enhanced embeds reduce, but do not guarantee zero, data transfer. Social and other outbound links lead to sites with their own policies.
Cookies, browser storage and your choices
We use your browser's session storage to remember the first and last campaign or referral details of your visit, so we can understand which marketing brought an enquiry. Session storage clears when the browser session ends. Some storage is necessary for the site and forms to work; measurement and session tools are optional in nature.
This site does not currently provide a cookie banner or on-site preference toggles. You can limit or delete cookies and storage through your browser settings, and you can contact us about your privacy choices. Browser controls are not the only mechanism the law may require, and where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out for optional tools, those duties still apply.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including HTTPS, server-side secret management, least-privilege and delegated access where feasible, data minimization, and client ownership of accounts and assets. No website or system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, the length of the relationship, contract, tax and legal requirements, security, dispute resolution and normal backup cycles. Retention periods depend on these criteria rather than a single fixed schedule.
Access credentials are revoked or removed during offboarding, separately from archived legal and business records. We review deletion requests under applicable law and client instructions. Deleting an active record may not immediately remove copies held in backups or records we are lawfully required or permitted to keep; those copies are retained only for those purposes until they are removed in the normal course.
International processing
Our providers may process data in the United States, the United Kingdom and other locations where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the protections required.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, to opt out of certain uses, to withdraw consent, to restrict processing and to appeal a decision. We verify identity in a way proportionate to the request and ask for no more information than needed. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits. We will not retaliate against you for exercising a right, and we respond as the law requires.
No account or purchase is needed to make a request. Use the contact page, call 480-442-9499 or write to Minding Your Media LLC, 151 W. Superstition Blvd #6911, Apache Junction, AZ 85120. Existing clients may use their usual correspondence with us.
Children
This is a business-to-business website for adult decision-makers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
This policy is effective September 29, 2026 and describes our current practices. Changes apply prospectively and will be dated here. If we plan to use a new tool or practice that materially affects your information, we will update this notice first.
