The challenge
A technically compromised website was limiting indexation, local visibility and reliable lead capture for a pool and landscaping company.
What MYM did
MYM coordinated website recovery, technical and on-page SEO, local search, tracking and attribution, lead capture and recovery, and vendor work across the customer journey.

The challenge
Three call-tracking systems were fighting each other, so no one could tell which marketing produced which calls. The Google Business Profile phone number had been overwritten by the website vendor's listing-sync tool. A 22-day website form outage went unnoticed. The main phone line was flagged as "Potential Spam" on caller ID.
What MYM did
MYM rebuilt call tracking into one source-tracing system; cleaned up and locked the Google Business Profile; added service areas and city pages; built landing and seasonal promotion pages; launched Google Local Services Ads; deployed on-page SEO optimizations; and cleared the main line's spam flag.

The challenge
Community Advocate is a 50-year-old independent weekly serving seven MetroWest Massachusetts towns. It needed to be found in Google search, Google News, and local maps, and it needed a reliable way to turn its online readers into new advertising customers. The site runs on a newspaper content platform that limits direct edits, and the editorial team's headlines had to stay exactly as written.
What MYM did
Advertiser acquisition system: built an advertising landing page, CRM pipeline, automated follow-up, and SMS-compliant opt-in, so every inquiry is captured and worked. Technical SEO at scale: deployed thousands of fixes across the site while protecting every editorial headline. Tracking and attribution: built Google Tag Manager tracking for advertiser forms, calls, and inquiries, so every lead's source can be measured. Local search: optimized the Google Business Profile, with tracked links to the advertising page. Platform coordination: managed support cases with the publisher's content-platform vendor to resolve indexing and sitemap issues.
